Aadhar Housing Finance Expands Gujarat Presence with New Ahmedabad Branch

Gujarat, Feb  25: Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd. has launched a new branch in Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, to improve access to affordable home loans for lower- and middle-income families. This expansion will increase Aadhar’s total branch count to 74 in Gujarat and its nationwide presence to 620+.

Gujarat dominates housing sales among the top 15 Tier-2 cities in India, with Ahmedabad alone contributing 33%, with over 51,000 units sold, as per a recent industry data. The growth is further supported with, the government’s recent budget announcement allocation of INR 2,200 crore towards major urban infrastructure development projects.
